Paradiso Café and Parisserie is the great new addition to eating options in Kota Damansara. Located at Sunway Nexis, the latest commercial space nearby Sunway Giza Mall. I was very pleased to be invited to a sneak peek and dining session at Paradiso Café and Parisserie just before their grand opening.
Paradiso Café and Parisserie is owned by the famous Malaysia's top Chef Mohd Azizan Shukri and his wife, Che Sue. Chef Azizan is a French and Italian cuisine specialist with about 25 years Italian culinary experience, his wife Che Sue is expert in pastry technique. If you are a follower of Chef Azizan, you must know he defines his style as classic, focused on the food ingredients and the gorgeous food presentation with edible flowers, such a beautiful artwork on dining table!
Modern and elegant interior design of Paradiso Café and Parisserie was coated in an eye-catching Turquoise color, it is my favourite color too!

Kick start with this colourful healthy salad.
Fruit Salad RM 32
Serve with Mesclun, Honey Vinaigrette, Mustard,Olive oil, mango, strawberry, kiwi and edible flowers, such a beautiful bowl of colors! Dazzling fruit salad give you a drizzle of sweet sour and tangy, so refreshing.
Prawn and Cocktail RM 28
Succulent poached prawn dip in a zesty chilli mayo, serve with Mesclun finishing. I find this dish is packed full of flavour, i was happy with their juicy prawn. =)
Spaghettini Duo Aglio Olio RM 48
It is a black and white pasta with fresh seafood, olive and rocket salad. An intensely Spaghettini Aglio Olio that i've tasted with rich and bold flavour.
Mushroom Soup RM13
Crunchy button mushroom with Cepes and Charcoal Bread bowl, i had fun with Mushroom soup in black bread box which the crispy black charcoal bread is real good.
Salmon Trout RM 48
Pan-seared salmon with lemon butter and fragrant with Dill herbs, crisp on the skin while tender and moist on the inside of Salmon, it is truly impressed me.
Rack of Lamb RM 60
Rack of lamb is seared, and encrusted with mint, Capers, Cream and Pineapple Tart. This is a special one because it served with pineapple tart! Can you imagine the taste? the meat of lamb is juicy and unexpectedly lamb pairs well with pineapple tart. I like this unique combination, meat + pastry + beautiful plate presentation.
Chocolate Crunchy Mousse Cake RM 18
Well, dessert always is the sweeter course that concludes a meal. I am a huge fan of chocolate and mousse cake, i just can't resist the silky melt-in-mouth texture. Chocolate Crunchy Mousse Cake with silky mousse, so moist and heavenly delicious that can't stop me to ask for more. Chef, can i have one more???
Patrons are spoiled for choice by the range of beverages such as coffee, frappe, iced tea, chilled juices, iced coffee, hot tea and quenchers.

The presentation of beautiful food is a feast for the senses, crowning a dish with a splash of colors from edible flower petals. Chef Azizan garnish food with care, highlighting a dish with beautiful edible flowers, makes you happier. It's such a lovely dinner with Paradiso Café and Parisserie team. =)
