Welcome the prosperous Lunar Year of the Fire Monkey at Hilton Petaling Jaya, with a sumptuous spread of Chinese New Year specialities, Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant at Hilton PJ prepared the  auspicious festive pork-free menu to patrons.

The renowned Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant unfolds a new culinary experience in the Chinese cuisine arena with its Lunar New Year festive line-up. Complete with two live cooking stations - Dim Sum and Noodles show kitchen, the restaurant promises a holistic dining experience to its regular patrons and discerning food connoisseurs.

CNY menu always start with Yee Sang, the Chinese New Year must-have prosperity salad.

This is Toh Yuen's Prosperity signature dishes, Salmon Yee Sang鸿运三文鱼鱼生. Besides this, a variety of options are available including Jelly Fish, Abalone and Snow Pear Yee Sang. Take away options for all Yee Sang are available for your enjoyment with friends and family at home.

Double boiled fish maw soup with black mushrooms and dried scallops  花胶瑶柱北菇汤

Strongly recommend! I love fish maw so so much, will go to Hong Kong buy this every year because their quality is very good. Now i can get the premium fish maw soup here! this fish maw is so thick but soft and smooth. 

Steamed imperial chicken with chinese herbs and sea moss  富贵发财鸡

Strongly recommend! Juicy and fork tender chicken flavoured with rich and slightly sweet chinese herbs. 

Teow Chew style steamed pomfret  潮州蒸斗昌

Strongly recommend! This steamed pomfret is so savoury and flavourful with sour and spicy, that is very appetising. 

Deep fried prawns with lemon mayonnaise sauce  酉柠沙律炸虾球

Stewed whole abalone with Australian sea cucumber and sea moss   原只鲍鱼烩澳洲辽参发菜

Abalone and sea cucumber is my super favourite!  At the first bite of the abalone and sea cucumber with the extremely flavorful sauce, supreme culinary satisfaction and gratification!

Steamed glutinous rice with dried oysters wrapped in lotus leaf   珍珠糯米饭

Osmanthus/ Sweet olives with lemongrass jelly  桂花香茅冻

Chinese new year cake with shredded coconut  椰丝年糕

There are 3 celebratory banquet menus available at Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant, priced from RM1688 nett to RM2188 nett. Each banquet set serves 10 persons. Vegetarian option are available upon special request.

The prosperity reunion dinner and lunch sets are available from 18 January - 28 February 2016. Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant remains open on the Eve of Chinese New Year and throughout the 15-day celebration.
