To ensure its authenticity and deliciousness, the hotel has proud to invited Guest Chef Seeri from Palm Garden Hotel alongside Putrajaya Marriott's Chef Teena with years of experience to present their authentic Thai recipes for 2 running weeks.

Patrons will be delighted in a mini bazaar displaying Thai handicrafts while enjoy your gastronomic journey.

His Excellency Damrong Kraikruan and senior Embassy officials in the likes of First Secretary Mr Sarun and Minister Council for Commercial Affairs Ms Patcha graced the launching of "Amazing Thailand" Cuisine and Bazaar.

Looking forward to some Thai favourites from yam pla crob (crispy ikan bilis with mango salad), grilled beef salad (yam neua yang), glass noodle salad (yam woon sen), pandan chicken (gai hor bai toey), steamed stuffed sago with minced chicken (sa khoo saikai), miang kham (traditional wrapped betel leaf with 7 condiments), tom yam chicken (tom yam kai), tom yam seafood clear soup (poh tak), gaeng yead woon sen kai sap (minced chicken and beancurd soup), red curry roast duck with mix tropical fruits (gaeng phed pet yang), thai jackfruit seed dessert (med kanoon), water chestnut and sago in coconut cream and shaved ice (tub tim krob kap sago), authentic sticky rice with mango (khao neow ma muang) and the list goes on.

Look Choop

Look Choop was a Thai dessert that originated in the royal palaces of ancient Siam. Each of the luk chup candies would be skillfully moulded into interesting vegetables like chillies and fruits like banana, orange and even mangosteen. They were colorfully painted with food colors, it was important that food prepared for the royals tasted good and even looked good.
