This year, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences (Pullman KLCC) has invited Celebrity Chef Norman Musa to serve up authentic Malay dishes with his world-recognition contemporary cooking style in their Buka Puasa feast which to be hold at Eccucino Restaurant from 6 June to 5 July 2016!

Chef Norman Musa is the Europe's leading award-winning UK based Malaysian Chef and official food ambassador for Kuala Lumpur. Widely recognised for his culinary achievements such as has his own range of food products and merchandise (Ning Restaurant in Manchester and Nasi Daging Restaurant in Malaysia), also has been featured in several TV channels across UK and Malaysia.
To creating vibrant experience and festive interaction for guests, Chef Norman and the hotel's brigade of skilled chefs have prepared array of more than 100 must-have buka puasa dishes. In addition, Chef Norman Musa will have live cooking demonstrations during his special appearances on 8, 14, 22, 25 and 30 June 2016.

Buffet highlights : Rendang Beef Wellington, Rendang Scotch Eggs (Chef Norman Musa's creation), and Rack of lamb with water parsley and cheese, as well as evergreen favourites such as the traditional Beef Rendang Tok and Chicken Curry Kapitan (Chef Norman Musa's creation).
Patrons will indulge in a variety of flavors, there will be local favourites such as the mouth-watering Ayam Masak Lemak Cilli Api, Kambing Masala, Gulai Udang Batang Keladi Kelantan, ulam-ulam kampung with sambal, assorted crackers with sauce, wholesome bubur lambuk, Ketupat and Lemang with beef and chicken serunding.
Seafood lovers can savour in a selection of assorted fish, crabs, prawns and clams; with a few that will be prepared on the spot. Not to forgetting our Malaysian's old time favourite "goreng-goreng", aww~~~ really miss the school time to buy pisang goreng. Check out their "goreng-goreng" stall with serving banana and cempedak fritters that will tantalise your taste buds.
Last but not least, complete the Ramadan feast with sweet delights such as Malaysia's refreshing favourite ABC, local/western desserts, fresh fruits, teh tarik and a lot more.
A fashion show by well-known renowned couture fashion designer Carven Ong, showcased his luxury "Diva of Songket" collection. Classical yet forward-looking!
