Besides Curry Mee Hoon is my favourite, prawn mee will be another one that can satisfy that craving i'm suffering from. Known as one of our most favorite hawker foods in Malaysia, there are plenty of delicious prawn mee peddlers within KL, if it’s good, it often comes with a higher price. Recently i found another one which is new to me but may be not to you. XD
All thanks to my daddy, this San Peng prawn mee owner is his friend. He went to eat it and post picture on his Facebook so i know it from there.
*yay! my dad now already addicted to play Facebook ==!*
It's been a while since i last visit at hawker stall in Malaysia, due to the hot humid weather and unfriendly staffs. They are often too busy and ordering is like mechanical process for them. The owner is a very friendly and humorous, a happy morning with delicious food. ^^
They have few ingredients for patron to mix and match the toppings of prawn mee, don't be surprise on their prawn mee which comes with pieces of chicken instead of pork slices and boiled eggs. Chicken is one of their specialty, why? i'll tell you later on.
So, picture above is the one to make me feel like to try it out. Regarding the lady boss said, quantity of prawn is the bowl is very depending on the quality of prawn. If they got smaller prawns from supplier on the day, they will serve 3 pieces in a bowl. Otherwise you can get 2 fresh prawns in your bowl if the prawn is bigger. For your info, fresh prawn is addition topping, this bowl cost me RM19 which i think the price still acceptable as this is KL business, LOL!
I was pleased to the fresh and succulent prawns, the overall taste is good. However, their sweet and aromatic broth is a slightly lacks of prawn flavor. Usually we have to request from the hawker if add on chili paste, but here you can eat till die because there are one big bottle chilli paste at each table. For me this horrible chilli monster, i will add on few spoon of chili paste in my prawn mee soup to divinely aromatic prawn mee. Their chili paste is one of the best chili paste indeed.
Tips : Please add in their chili paste to your prawn mee no matter you prefer mild or spicier.

Apart from prawn mee, hor fun soup, fish ball noodles and lam mee are also available. You cannot miss their steamed chicken and Chicken gizzards, they are the best!!!
*Sorry that i can't remember the actual price of these 2 dishes *
