Raw tenderloin slices is too fresh and tender, drizzle the hoisin over this and add sriracha to taste. Totally new experience for me! Sooooo goooood!
Atlantic Lobster Chowder
Rich and creamy stock cook with lobster shells and sauté to extract the flavor. Serve together with chicken, onions, celery, carrots, thyme, ginger, corn, garlic and lime juice. Took a spoon of mixed vegetable chopped and lobster meat, it is so flavourful and warm your belly.
Rosemary Roasted Lamb Rack with Balsamic Blueberry Sauce and Canadian Wild Rice Pilaf
This is the best ever lamb rack i had, you can't imagine how tender it is! The lamb rack is so juicy and soft until melt-into-mouth, pairs well with a fruit sauce, heavenly delicious!!!

Coconut Mini Doughnuts, Chocolate Macaroons, Rosette Cookies
I would said her desserts are nothing to shout about. Overall, she did a good job on the beef and lamb rack. It's my honor to meet her up in person, also get the first hand experience her LIVE cooking.
