In conjunction to the U.S. Fries Fiesta happening now to July 30, 2017, S'Mores is one of the participating restaurant that introduce to the public for their new dishes featuring new cuts of U.S. fries.
S'Mores is the latest addition to Tropicana City Mall, it took me a while to find because it is actually located outside the mall, you will see this restaurant if you are passing by the Valet parking.
S'Mores serves pork-heavy menu and draught beer with frosty chilled beer mug.
The interior here feels very homey, with wooden furniture and beams filling up the space.
No doubt potato fries are one of the most popular side dishes in the world, it seems like most peoples can never get enough French fries in their life. But what do you think if fries are no longer as a side dishes but should go with a main course or dessert? Well, with passion and determination, great things can happen! S'mores serve up two unique repertoire of U.S. fries dishes that never seen before.
Sidewinder US Potato Salmon
Salmon is a delicious and healthy fish that can be prepared in many different ways. At S'Mores, the chef serve the salmon with U.S. Wedges.
The salmon is pink in the middle, moistest, extremely versatile and simply delicious. Such a perfectly charcoal grilled piece of salmon with particularly smoky, deep flavor and go well with the crispy but flavourful U.S. Wedges! Love it!
U.S. Crisscross Waffle
This waffle are made from whole potatoes cut into a crisscross pattern. These are so aromatic and full of Cinnamon flavors, accompanied with grilled pineapple slice and strawberries, so please all your taste buds from sweet to savoury! This fancy cinnamon waffle ends the meal with a nice full stop.
These 2 special dishes are only available during U.S. Fries Fiesta until 30 July 2017 at 2 S'Mores outlets (Tropicana City Mall & Bangsar South).
