I had a wonderful spa session at Mandara Spa, Sheraton Imperial Hotel 2 weeks ago. I need a truly relaxing treat to pamper myself after a period of seemingly endless obligations, It has been a while since my last massage session. 

Located on the fifth floor of Sheraton Imperial Hotel, next to the Fitness Center. Mandara Spa features 2 double Spa Suites with steam shower, outdoor bath, shower and relaxation area, 4 single ladies treatment rooms, 4 single Men’s treatment rooms, separate male and female steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and relaxation lounge. 

Well, this is actually my second time to visit Mandara Spa. My first time was at Mandara Spa @ Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa, i was beyond impressed with that massage session.

Thanks for the Mandara Spa's lovely invitation, they arrange a Balinese Massage for me this time. 

Before start, my therapist asked me to choose 1 type of massage oil where there are 4 types of massage oil to choose : Mandara Oil, Island Spice Oil, Harmony Oil, Tranquility Oil. 

Balinese Massage is a most relaxing massage, harnessing the therapeutic properties of 100% pure essential oils. Used for centuries to renew, strengthen and heal both body and mind, this traditional therapy combines stretching, long strokes, skin rolling and palm and thumb pressure techniques to relieve tension, improve blood flow, ease stress and calm the mind. It can also help to improve the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular and nervous systems. 

Massage with its essential oil smell is just what my tired body need to be pampered with. I am glad to have such dedicated therapist to serve me, fully relaxed my mind and body in this 50 minutes rejuvenating session, i'm bound to feel refreshed and energized after that. How i wish to soak in the wonderful feelings of relaxation and realignment for as long as i can. =) 

It work to soothe and relieve my shoulder muscle strain and joint pain. Love it! Can't wait to plan for my next visit. =)
