Usually, our traditional Chinese New Year menu is a table filled with all traditional Chinese dishes, but sometimes it might be a little heavy for 3-4 persons per table or for people who cannot eat too much.

Fresh Salmon Yee Sang
Featuring the crispy foo chuk, purple cabbage, pickle, carrots, peanuts, sesame seeds and generous amount of sliced salmon with mandarin oranges. Then drizzling with sweet plum sauce, the taste is refreshing and flavourful!
Baked Bean & Salted Egg Paus
Steamed Chicken and Fish “Siew Mai”
It’s served with 3 different kind of sauces – sweet, chilly and wasabi sauce. Something different with the traditional style Siew Mai, this is my first time to dip siew mai into wasabi sauce and the taste is surprisingly match pretty well! They are so good that every bite is always bursting with the freshness and juicy goodness of the filling.
Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Grilled Chicken
Talk about the main course, I’ve got al-dente Aglio Olio with grilled chicken and served along with garlic bread.
Udon Wok Fried with Kimchi
A fusion creation between Japanese and Korean cuisine. Mix all together fresh vegetables, seaweed and sesame, udon noodles are dense and chewy, i had experience crunchy vegetable and chewy udon noodles all in one bite. Such a dish full of great flavor and texture! It’s served with edamame and tempura vegetables on the side.
Chocolate Mousse Cake
End my CNY meal on a sweet note with the chocolate mousse cake. so sinful!
Overall, The Forum KL is a good place for a chill vibe, it will remain open as usual during CNY.
