Where is The Linc? Alright, i know i am a little outdated but yay! The Linc is the newest mall in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, located at the intersection of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak, next to Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur.
Nestled at The Linc, Bo All Day Dining is a restaurant set besidea courtyard where in the midst of a decades-old tree. Diners here can enjoy slice of quiet in the midst of the bustling city.
I love their interior at the first sight, the dining chairs here give a dose of elegance and the charm of colonial period with rattan-woven seats.
The restaurant focuses local cuisine with a fusion element, specialises in woodfire oven pizzas.

Chicken Croquettas RM18
These bite-size croquettes filled with ground chicken and coated in crispy breadcrumbs, served with an Aioli dip.
White Truffle Pumpkin Soup RM 28
This Pumpkin Truffle Soup infused truffle salsa that transform this soup into something really special. Well~ honestly I'm not a big fan of pumpkin soup, but this pumpkin taste is not too overpowering. Make it more creamy and rich if you break the poached egg.
Comes to their signature 10" Woodier Oven Pizza, pizza lover must try!

A sublime combination with Beef Tartare, Jalapenos, a rich truffle paste, capers and plenty of mozzarella and parmesan. Thin and crisp on the edges, packed with flavourful ingredients and has a nice chew to it. I like it!
Bo’s Signature Rotisserie Roast
As the name says, this is their signature dish. Using premium quality chickens, brined and air-dried for 24 hours before being slowly roasted into the French-made Rotisol rotisserie oven to ensuring a perfectly even cook.
This dish is comes with 2 deli side salads and your choice of flavourful sauce from Chicken Jus, Garlic Aioli, Basil Mint Pesto or Truffle Chicken Jus (add on RM8).

With rotisserie, it gives chicken slow-roasted flavor and golden appearance that's every bit as tender and juicy. We were able to try 3 sauces which is Truffle Chicken Jus, Chicken Jus and Basil Mint Pesto, personally love Truffle Chicken Jus as the flavour of the truffle is intense and gives the whole dish a really earth kick, yummy!
Squid Ink Paella RM 78 (serves 2-3pax)
Another absolute must! A traditional paella with a twist by using squid ink, packed with seafood, aioli, lemon & parsley garlic oil. I don't like to order something related to squid ink during my meal, because the squid ink can leave behind a bit of pigment on my teeth. Despite of a little salty to me, this dish is so good because the flavour is delicate, squid ink adds a depth of flavor to the rice whilst enjoy surprisingly nice chewy texture as each bite filled with some little chunks of seafood.
Pan Seared Red Snapper RM 38
A creative meal to lighten things up during my meal, you are wrong if you think this is just a normal pan seared fish. Lemon olive oil mash and citrus salad adds a zestful flair to this red snapper, and come along with poached pears. I never thought poached pears can be perfect accompaniment to this dish.
Classic Wagyu Beef Cheese burger RM 32
Home made broiche bun with wagyu beef covered in cheddar slices.
The Wagyu beef patty cooked to medium rare that has a warm, red center that oozes with juicy, and bursting with flavor, which is complimented by the fluffy brioche buns with crisp and tender crumbs. Worth the price tag!
Oxtail Assam Pedas RM 43
A traditional Malay style braised oxtail in a spicy sour gravy with lady fingers & brinjal. The slightly tangy assam helps to balancing the savory taste of the oxtail, it’ll keep everyone warm from the inside out. Recommended serves 2 pax at least.
Fried Chicken Galangal RM 28
Indonesian style spice & herb fried chicken served with sambal sarikei.
Asian Crab Meat Pasta RM 28
Angel hair pasta cooked in a homemade Kam Heong Sauce with garlic pangrattato.
Textures of Strawberry RM 28
A bit of dessert is the perfect way to end a meal. This refined Textures of Strawberry feature granita, puree, yoghurt ice cream with diced & dehydrated stawberries, create an enhanced textures of creamy, fresh and crispy.
Granita is a semi-frozen dessert carries some strawberry flavor and the creamy yoghurt ice cream offering pleasant sour and dairy notes. It gives a nice closing note, with a delicious sweetness and fresh flavor burst.

I was told by the manager that this place is famous for their brunch menu (10am-3pm) too, do remember make reservation first as their weekend is very packed.
